It was an unfortunate night in the Octagon on Saturday for Andre Fili, who had his bout finish in a no-contest after an accidental eye poke he committed in the second round of his bout with Daniel Pineda. On the official scorecards, all three judges scored the first round for Fili. Statistically, Fili dominated in significant strikes, landing 34 compared to Pineda's 15. Fili's takedown defense was perfect, stuffing all seven of Pineda's takedown tries on the night. It's very likely that we see a rematch, and if so, we have a nice preview of what is to come.--Matt Bricker
