Alvin Kamara Is Not Expected To Play Much

New Orleans Saints running back Alvin Kamara (ribs) is not expected to play much if he plays at all during Sunday's game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. He didn't practice much this week as he continues to dealing with a lingering ribs issue. The Saints might let him play, but will likely monitor his snaps. That being said, it sounds like Kamara is going to be a risky option against an already tough Bucs defensive line. His absence would mean more snaps for Mark Ingram II (ankle) who is banged up as well. It sounds like the Saints are going to have to attack through the air to move the ball on Sunday.
