Dallas Cowboys wide receiver Allen Hurns can't be trusted as a starter in Week 9. The Cowboys will take on the Tennessee Titans, and the newly acquired Amari Cooper will bring the other Cowboys receivers down to a lower ranking than before (which was already low enough.) Hurns has caught just 13 passes this season and is nothing more than a dart throw in the deepest of leagues.--David A Marcillo
