4 years agoMinnesota Vikings running back Alexander Mattison (illness) has been ruled out for Week 14 against the Buccaneers. Mattison also missed Week 13 after undergoing an appendectomy. With the 22-year-old out last week, Dalvin Cook had a season-high 38 touches and should be a workhorse again this weekend against Tampa Bay. Ameer Abdullah and Michael Boone are the other two running backs on the roster, but they won't have any standalone value with Cook in front of them. The Bucs have allowed the second-fewest fantasy points per game to running backs this year, but Cook is a must-start fantasy asset as the No. 2 rusher in the NFL, just behind Derrick Henry.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
