Alex Pereira suffered a unanimous decision loss to Magomed Ankalaev in the main event of UFC 313 on Saturday. Pereira was looking to defend his light heavyweight title for the fourth time but was ultimately unsuccessful. After five rounds, all three judges scored in favor of Ankalaev, with scores of 29-26 and two at 28-27. In 25 minutes of action, Pereira landed 76 significant strikes. With the loss, Pereira is 12-3 as a pro and 9-2 in the UFC. After three title defenses, Pereira is likely going to get an immediate rematch.--Alen Kurbasic
