4 months agoKansas City Royals outfielder Alex Gordon (back) is back in the starting lineup on Friday as the designated hitter and is batting third against Twins starting pitcher Kyle Gibson. Gordon missed Thursday's game but is back in there against a right-hander. The 35-year-old veteran has had a bounce-back season to this point, hitting .274/.355/.477 with 10 long balls, 40 runs, 39 RBI and four steals to make him relevant in all leagues. He's beginning to come back down to Earth, though, hitting .125 (2-for-16) with no homers or RBI in the last seven days, so keep that in mind when choosing your DFS lineup.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
