5/13:Tampa Bay Rays closer Alex Colome pitched an effective ninth inning in Game 2 of the Saturday doubleheader against Baltimore. He pitched a perfect ninth inning on only eight pitches to close out the 10-3 victory. It was his first appearance in nearly a week. It has been a rough season but Colome likely has a long leash as he tallied 84 saves the past two seasons. It is hard to recommend dropping him in leagues that reward saves given the unreliability in the league among retaining the role of closer.--Jamie Mellor - RotoBaller
