4 years agoHouston Astros third baseman Alex Bregman (hamstring) took batting practice on the field on Thursday but remained out of infield drills. Outfielder/designated hitter Yordan Alvarez (knees) stretched and did some running with the team but remained out of batting practice. Bregman tweaked the same hamstring that caused him to miss some time last year, but he's moving in the right direction and should be ready for Opening Day. He had a disappointing 2020 season, but Bregman remains a top-five fantasy third baseman. Alvarez missed most of last year after having surgery on both of his knees. The left-handed slugger and former American League Rookie of the Year is a risk-reward fantasy outfielder with an incredible amount of upside if he can stay on the field.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
