Florida Panthers center Aleksander Barkov (lower body) won't be in the lineup on Saturday against Carolina. The Panthers captain scored twice in Thursday's 5-4 overtime victory against Washington and played 23:24, but something must have happened, either in the game or in the days after, that's taken him out of the lineup. Barkov had just exploded for five points across three games. He leads the team in goals this season with seven and is tied for the top spot in points with 12.
