AJ Dillon Returns To Practice
1 year agoGreen Bay Packers running back AJ Dillon (groin) returned to practice on Thursday after he was a non-participant for Wednesday's session. Aaron Jones (knee) is dealing with a sprained MCL and missed a second day of practice, so things are trending towards Jones missing his second straight game in Week 13 against the Kansas City Chiefs. The 25-year-old Dillon handled lead-back duties in the Thanksgiving win over the Detroit Lions, carrying the ball 14 times for 43 yards and catching all three of his targets for an extra 38 yards. The matchup this weekend isn't the friendliest for Dillon if he's once again the team's lead back, but the volume alone should make him a high-end RB3/flex option for fantasy managers. Expect Patrick Taylor and James Robinson to back up Dillon if Jones misses a second straight game. UPDATE: Dillon was limited Thursday.
