Aaron Rodgers Will Continue Playing Through Toe Injury
3 years agoGreen Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers (toe) said on the Pat McAfee Show on Tuesday that his broken pinkie toe "is not going to be a problem." Rodgers said his toe will be about pain management and "I'm not going to practice a lot." The 38-year-old future Hall of Famer had a setback with his toe in the Sunday night win over the Chicago Bears, but surgery isn't on the table right now and he will continue to play in Week 15 against the Baltimore Ravens. Despite playing with the broken toe, Rodgers continues to play well, throwing for over 300 yards in three consecutive games while racking up 10 touchdowns and no interceptions in that span. He went for 341 yards and four touchdowns to continue his ownership of Chicago in Week 14. Rodgers will be a high-end QB1 against Baltimore this weekend.
