Aaron Rodgers Expands On Toe Injury
3 years agoGreen Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers (toe) said on the Pat McAfee Show that the injury that he's dealing with is to his pinkie toe and that it's worse than turf toe. "I have a toe injury that's not going away, and I'm going to be dealing with it for at least the next few weeks," Rodgers said. The future Hall of Fame signal-caller is hoping to make it through this Sunday's game against the Los Angeles Rams and go into next week's bye with more time to heal up for a stretch run that will begin in Week 14. Even though the 37-year-old aggravated his toe in the Week 11 loss to the Minnesota Vikings, he did just fine on the stat sheet by going 23-for-33 for 385 yards and four touchdowns while also rushing for a season-high 21 yards on two carries. Rodgers will remain a midrange QB1 despite his injury and a tough matchup against LA in Week 12.
