River Ryan was activated and made his season debut on Saturday. Ryan started the game, but struggled in his 2/3 of an inning by allowing three hits, two runs and one walk. Ryan was likely on a pitch count and exited after tossing 33 pitches. As one of the top arms in one of the best systems in baseball, the Dodgers are almost certain to take it easy with Ryan the rest of the way. Although he has a bright future ahead of him, Ryan is only an option in dynasty leagues.

Bailey Ober looked sharp during Sunday's outing against the Oakland Athletics. The right-hander allowed one run on six hits while striking out eight batters over 6 1/3 innings of work. Ober only walked two batters as he made easy work of the A's lineup. He been up-and-down this season but does have another favorable outing against the Oakland Athletics next week.

Tyler Glasnow had seemingly no issues during Sunday's outing against the Kansas City Royals. The right-hander struck out nine batters while throwing seven shutout innings during the victory. Glasnow had strong command in this one as he only walked one batter over the course of his outing. He'll carry a 3.00 ERA and 125/25 K/BB ratio into his next start.

Aidan Miller went 2-for-4 with a solo home run and two RBI for High-A Jersey Shore on Sunday. Miller was promoted from Single-A to High-A last week and Sunday marked his first homer for Jersey Shore. Between both levels, he is now hitting .272 with 16 doubles, six homers, 30 RBI and 12 stolen bases. Miller, 20, was the club's first-round pick in 2023 and his power-speed combo should be intriguing to managers in dynasty leagues, even though Miller is still a few years away from a big-league debut.

Billy Cook has been swinging a hot bat recently for the club. Cook provided the only offense for the team on Sunday when he went 2-for-4 with a double and solo home run. The home run with be the third in as many games for Cook. For the season, Cook is now hitting .287 with eight homers, 39 RBI and 12 stolen bases between Double-A and Triple-A. Cook isn't has highly decorated as some of the other members of the loaded Orioles farm, but the 10th-round pick in 2021 continues to fly under the radar. The Orioles have other prospects that are likely to get the call before Cook and he will likely need plenty of injuries or to be dealt to make any sort of impact moving forward.

Logan Gilbert dominated the Texas Rangers on Sunday, picking up his fourth win of the season in a 5-0 victory. Gilbert was electric throughout his eight shutout innings, striking out nine while allowing just two hits and walking none. Although he's been working deep into games and providing quality innings lately, he hasn't had a truly dominant performance like this one in a while, so it was nice to see. The 27-year-old now has an elite 2.93 ERA and 0.92 WHIP to go with 93 strikeouts in 98 ⅓ IP. He should be treated as a top-tier fantasy option.

David Hamilton was off and running against the New York Yankees on Sunday Night Baseball, notching four steals in a 9-3 win. Hamilton went 2-for-4 with three runs scored and an RBI to round out a very solid night. The four swipes give Hamilton 18 on the season and nine since June 7, an average of more than one per game. Obviously that pace won't continue, but if he can stay anywhere close to it he will be a very valuable fantasy player. He should be rostered in any league where stolen bases matter at this point.

Elly De La Cruz reached base four times in Sunday's 5-4 loss to the Milwaukee Brewers. De La Cruz did his part in this one, going 2-for-3 with a homer, a triple, and two walks. He scored three runs, drove in one, and stole a base to round out a terrific overall stat line. The dynamic 22-year-old has slowed down at the dish since April but has been coming around a bit lately, smacking three homers and stealing four bases since June 5. He might be a little bit of a roller coaster for fantasy managers, but he will have elite stolen base numbers and will go on runs where he is on of the best players in baseball.

Shohei Ohtani launched two homers off
Brady Singer on Sunday, leading the Dodgers to a 3-0 win over the Kansas City Royals. Ohtani went 2-for-3 with a pair of homers and a walk in this one, scoring two runs and driving in two in the process. There's not much more that can be said about the Dodgers superstar, who now has a .309 AVG and .976 OPS to go along with 53 runs, 19 homers, 46 RBI, and 15 steals. He is one of the premiere five-category contributors in fantasy baseball and will likely be a first-round pick next year.

Yimi Garcia (elbow) left Sunday's game against the Cleveland Guardians with right elbow soreness, according to manager John Schneider. Garcia was in for a save with the Jays up 7-4, but allowed four hits and two runs before Schneider and a trainer came out to check in on him. Garcia wasn't able to finish the game off and was replaced by
Nate Pearson, who picked up his second save of the year. Pearson and
Chad Green would be the most likely candidates to garner save chances while Garcia and
Jordan Romano are out with injury, but the latter should return sooner rather than later, making the fantasy options fairly unappealing outside of single-week use.

Carlos Correa shined in a doubleheader against the Oakland Athletics, tallying five hits and two homers across the twin bill. Correa had three hits and blasted both homers in the first game, then picked up two more base knocks in the second game. The 29-year-old now has 20 hits in his last 36 at-bats (.556 AVG) with three homers and 11 RBI. His OPS has gone from .761 to .878 in that stretch, and his AVG has jumped from .255 to .308. Correa likely carried his fantasy owners to wins all by himself this week, and his stock is rising quickly in the process. It may be a good time to sell high, but be aware that Correa might be finding his form and could continue to be a great fantasy asset all season.

Royce Lewis had a monster day on Sunday, belting a homer in each game of a doubleheader against the Oakland Athletics. Lewis went 2-for-4 with a homer, a walk, a run, and an RBI in the first game and then went 1-for-3 with a homer, two walks, two runs, and two RBI in game two. He now holds an absurd .390/.447/.951 slash line, albeit in just 41 at-bats. He has always crushed the ball when healthy and is a terrific fantasy player when he's on the field. The downside is the injury risk, but he has so much upside that it's hard not to consider him an elite option.

Jordan Montgomery put together a strong outing during Sunday's start against the Chicago White Sox. The left-hander has struggled out of the gate this season but made easy work of the lackluster White Sox lineup here. Montgomery allowed only an unearned run on four hits over five strong innings in the victory. The 31-year-old piled up seven strikeouts while issuing a pair of walks. He'll carry a 6.00 ERA, 1.63 WHIP, and 31/21 K/BB ratio into a tough matchup against the Philadelphia Phillies in his next start.

Drew Thorpe was unable to find much success during Sunday's outing against the Arizona Diamondbacks. The rookie right-hander was smacked around for eight runs (seven earned) on six hits over 3 1/3 innings of work. Thorpe issued five walks and didn't strike out anyone in this disaster of a performance. The 23-year-old had a promising debut against the Seattle Mariners, but followed it up with a dud. He hopes to get back on track during his next start versus the Detroit Tigers on Saturday.
