Carlos Correa Continues Torrid Pace On Sunday
6 months agoMinnesota Twins shortstop Carlos Correa shined in a doubleheader against the Oakland Athletics, tallying five hits and two homers across the twin bill. Correa had three hits and blasted both homers in the first game, then picked up two more base knocks in the second game. The 29-year-old now has 20 hits in his last 36 at-bats (.556 AVG) with three homers and 11 RBI. His OPS has gone from .761 to .878 in that stretch, and his AVG has jumped from .255 to .308. Correa likely carried his fantasy owners to wins all by himself this week, and his stock is rising quickly in the process. It may be a good time to sell high, but be aware that Correa might be finding his form and could continue to be a great fantasy asset all season.
