2025 Season Likely to be Aaron Rodgers' Last
Aaron Rodgers said that he's "pretty sure this is it" in terms of 2025 being the last season of his storied NFL career. Rodgers said that's why he only signed a one-year deal with Pittsburgh this offseason. The 10-time Pro Bowler and four-time MVP will turn 42 years old this December. His mobility appeared to be limited in 2024 after tearing his Achilles with the New York Jets in 2023, and he threw for 3,897 yards, 28 touchdowns and 11 interceptions in 17 starts while leading Gang Green to a disappointing 5-12 record. DK Metcalf will be his primary aerial target with the Steelers, but it remains to be seen how much he'll be able to stretch the field in an offense that figures to lean on the run. Rodgers was the QB15 in fantasy this year and will likely have a lower ceiling in the Steel City.
