BALLER MOVE: Add in 14+ Team Leagues
ROSTERED IN: 1% of Leagues
ANALYSIS: I have to admit that I am not a fan of adding players to my teams exclusively after they had a one-of-a-kind type of performance that they had never replicated before. That said, you gotta hit while the iron is hot and hey, with Bye weeks back it's not that most fantasy GMs in the deepest of leagues won't enjoy some help.
Olamide Zaccheaus is the man of the minute this week. The outcome wasn't absolutely otherworldly, but the 14.1 PPR points were enough to have him as a borderline WR2-level play last Sunday. The stat line: 8 targets, 5 receptions, and 91 yards, all of those figures season-high ones.
Zaccheaus only missed on grabbing a pass for a touchdown (he had one in Week 2 and his second in Week 5) but he had topped at 4 receptions (W1 and W6) and 58 yards (W6) before Sunday's game at Washington.
The Falcons already helped Zaccheaus explode once last season (20.8 PPR points) but other than that he never reached more than 13 PPR points in any other game and only bested 8 PPR in one other matchup. As I said, don't even get remotely close to the thought of having Zaccheaus performing to these levels ROS.
That said, the wiz of OZ might still give you some 7+ PPR floor for the remainder of the year with the odd explosion always as a possibility floating above his head.
