Mike Williams is a fantasy football waiver wire pickup option for wide receivers. Target him as a free agent add off waivers for Week 11 of the 2024 NFL season.
BALLER MOVE: Add in 12+ Team Leagues
ROSTERED IN: 20% of Leagues
ANALYSIS: Newly signed Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver Mike Williams escaped from the pit of misery that was the New York Jets and scored a touchdown in his debut with his new team. He now has hope for a winning season, better quarterback play, is in a better offense, and is part of a well-managed organization.

He's been a good NFL receiver for many years, so his long history of injuries has been sad to see. For now though, he's healthy, and his role projects to grow in his new offense over the coming weeks. He could be a solid contributor in fantasy down the stretch. He was the WR12 in full-PPR scoring in 2021.
When he's strung together stretches of healthy games, he's been a borderline WR1 at times. But he's now 30 years old, and with such an extensive past with numerous ailments, he's probably not the player he once was. However, for fantasy teams that need bye week fill-ins or that have their WRs getting hurt, he could be FLEX-worthy.
It's tough to see him ascending to WR2 or WR1 status, but he deserves a bench spot in deeper leagues.
