ANALYSIS: It’s been a season of highs and lows for Cincinnati Bengals tight end Mike Gesicki, and his fantasy value seems to hinge on whether or not Tee Higgins is in the lineup. In the five games he’s played with Higgins on the field, Gesicki’s been almost invisible in the offense, seeing just nine targets and finishing with eight receptions for 71 yards and zero touchdowns.
But with Higgins sidelined? It’s a whole different story—over four games without Higgins, Gesicki has racked up 27 targets, turning those into 22 catches for 282 yards and two touchdowns.

The Bengals offense is firing on all cylinders thanks to Joe Burrow’s elite play, and for fantasy purposes, it’s been a perfect setup with their defense struggling to stop anyone. This means Cincinnati’s in constant shootouts, giving Gesicki more opportunities to thrive when Higgins is out. If Higgins misses another game due to injury, you know the drill—Gesicki is a strong play with upside for Week 10.
