ANALYSIS: Los Angeles Chargers wide receiver Ladd McConkey isn't available in many leagues, but he should probably be available in none. He's a polished route runner and the clear top option for quarterback Justin Herbert, who is still elite. The run-heavy scheme is the only thing holding him back.

He's not sneaky athletic; he's just extremely fast. He also has a natural feel for space and great quickness. The only knock on him is his size, and there are legitimate injury concerns, considering he never played a full season in college, but at the price of free from waivers, he's absolutely worth it. He's the Chargers' No. 1 target.
