ANALYSIS: Cincinnati Bengals running back Khalil Herbert played two snaps in his team debut in Week 10. Unfortunately, the veteran running back didn’t see the ball on either play. He has barely played this season, ranking as the RB90 for the year, averaging 1.3 half-point PPR fantasy points per game. The last time Herbert had a rushing attempt was in Week 3 against the Indianapolis Colts.
While the Bengals traded for Herbert after losing Zack Moss (neck) to a season-ending injury, the team isn’t done adding to their backfield. Reportedly. Cincinnati is exploring adding Leonard Fournette to their practice squad despite trading for Herbert last week.
The #Bengals are working out veteran RB Leonard Fournette today, sources tell me and @RapSheet.

Fantasy players in deeper leagues can add Herbert off the waiver wire this week. The veteran running back should earn more touches as he learns the playbook. Unfortunately, the potential addition of Fournette limits Herbert’s upside as Chase Brown’s handcuff.
