ANALYSIS: With Joe Flacco officially named the starting quarterback for the Indianapolis Colts, fantasy managers should consider adding him to their rosters, especially in 2QB leagues.
After the Colts benched a struggling Anthony Richardson, Flacco steps in for his third season start against the Minnesota Vikings. His experience makes him a valuable pickup, particularly if you need a bye-week fill-in.

In his two previous starts this season, Flacco completed 65.7% of his passes, throwing for 716 yards, seven scores, and just one interception. In contrast, Richardson found difficulty in the passing game, with a 44.4% completion rate, totaling 958 yards, four touchdowns, and seven interceptions during his six starts.
While Richardson provides rushing ability, Flacco's superior passing skills can benefit the Colts' wide receivers and pass catchers.
Overall, Flacco is worth starting in 12+ team leagues and Superflex or 2QB formats, making him a solid addition as he looks to revive the Colts' passing game.
