ANALYSIS: Jake Ferguson saw seven targets in Week 1, then caught three of his four targets for 11 yards and a touchdown in Week 2 against the fierce New York Jets' defense.
Dak Prescott has continued to talk him up and will get him more involved when the Cowboys are in more pass-happy game scripts moving forward.
The Dallas offense is rolling, and Ferguson could be a premier red zone target like Dalton Schultz was for the organization in prior seasons. In deep leagues, now is the time to pick him up before a multiple-touchdown or double-digit target game happens.
The tight end position is always thin, so targeting mid-level tight ends in great offenses if you don't have an elite stud like Mark Andrews or Travis Kelce is a sound process.
