Isaiah Likely's fantasy football start 'em, sit 'em picks for Week 14 (2023). Our advice on whether you should start or sit Isaiah Likely for fantasy lineups.
BALLER MOVE: Start in 12+ Team Leagues
POSITIONAL VALUE: TE2
ANALYSIS: Ever since arriving in the NFL, Baltimore Ravens tight end Isaiah Likely has been one of the most appealing handcuffs at the tight end position. While not nearly on the same level as Mark Andrews, Likely has shown that he can handle a heavy workload similar to that of the veteran.
As soon as Andrews went down in Week 11, Likely stepped up as one of the top pass-catchers in Baltimore. As the Ravens' starting tight end in Week 12, the Coastal Carolina product played 73 percent of snaps, catching four passes for 40 yards. That made him an instant starter in PPR and even some half-PPR leagues.
Going forward, Likely remains on the fantasy radar. Baltimore's passing game has looked good this season, and the tight end will compete for opportunities as the No. 2 pass-catching option behind rookie Zay Flowers.
Likely figures to be a high-end TE2 in fantasy football, but with bye weeks (Logan Thomas and Trey McBride) and injuries (Andrews, Darren Waller, Luke Musgrave, and Dalton Schultz) influencing managers' lineup decisions, he has significant streaming appeal for Week 14.
One final factor to consider? The Ravens are facing the Rams, whose defense has surrendered 8.1 fantasy points per game to tight ends this season (fourth-most in the NFL).
