Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen is the number one scoring player in fantasy football despite already having a bye week, so his name popping up on injury updates causes much concern for fantasy managers.
His injury status will also have a significant impact on Stefon Diggs, Dawson Knox, Gabriel Davis, etc, so this is arguably the most important injury update this season.
Is Allen going to miss time with his injury? If not, could his play be affected?

Is Josh Allen Healthy or Injured?
Allen (elbow) is expected to be limited this week in practice, but there's not much clarity about his Week 10 availability against the Minnesota Vikings. There are a lot of different opinions circulating around Twitter and amongst fantasy analysts, but until the Bills give us a real update, everything is pure speculation.
Again, this is obviously a massive development for not just fantasy football, but the real NFL playoff picture, so it will be highly covered and reported on. For now, it's too early to panic, but fantasy managers in two-quarterback and superflex leagues should at least consider picking up backup quarterback Case Keenum in case Allen is going to miss time.
Josh Allen Fantasy Outlook
Assuming Allen isn't forced to miss any game, it'll be worth seeing if the injury affects his play and fantasy football status. For now, he obviously remains a must-start if he can play in Week 10. The Vikings-Bills matchup could produce shootout conditions, and it would be a huge mistake to overthink it and bench Allen as long as he's active.
If he plays and struggles, his outlook will be worth revisiting, and all the Bills' pass-catchers will take a slight hit moving forward.
Once again, we're far too early to draw conclusions about what the outcomes of this potential injury could be, but continue to follow our fantasy football news desk and injury reports as we'll have it all covered in a timely manner.
