FanDuel NFL DFS Lineup Picks for Week 3 - Daily Fantasy Football Targets Include Kirk Cousins, Tony Pollard, Jordan Love, Justin Jefferson, Mark Andrews

Kirk Cousins - Fantasy Football Rankings, Draft Sleepers, NFL Injury News

Dennis Clausen highlights the top FanDuel NFL DFS lineup picks for Week 3 of the 2023 season, and some value sleepers for your daily fantasy football rosters. DFS options to target, including Kirk Cousins, Tony Pollard, Jordan Love, Justin Jefferson, Mark Andrews.

The relentless, unforgiving 2022-23 campaign rolls on, as another top fantasy option, Nick Chubb, was lost for the remainder of the season because of a knee injury. With only two weeks in the books, it's safe to say Chubb won't be the last player bitten by the injury bug, considering fantasy managers must move forward without J.K. Dobbins and Aaron Rodgers, who both suffered Achilles tears.

At the same time, plenty of players have already missed time or will sit at least the next few contests, making things even more hectic. Of course, while injuries aren't ideal for those participating in season-long fantasy formats, DFS managers see a chance to capitalize on value opportunities.

In this article, I will be providing you with my Week 3 daily fantasy football lineup picks for FanDuel. These lineups can vary from higher-priced players and elite options to lower-priced players and value picks on FanDuel. Be sure to also check out our weekly DraftKings DFS lineup picks and lots of other great NFL DFS articles and NFL DFS tools to help you win big! FanDuel Quarterbacks - Week 3 DFS Lineup Picks

Kirk Cousins - vs. LAC ($7,800)

The Chargers are in rough shape after the season's first two weeks. Sure, being without Austin Ekeler isn't a good situation. But outside of that, the Los Angeles defense hasn't met expectations, and that's putting it nicely. In all fairness, the Dolphins and Titans' offenses can do damage.

However, it would be surprising if LA got its act together anytime soon. In Week 3, the Chargers will look to slow down Cousins, a signal-caller who has assembled a Pro Bowl season thus far. The 35-year-old has played extremely well, throwing six touchdowns compared to one interception. He's also completed nearly 73% of his attempts, the best mark of his career.

Jordan Love - vs. NO ($7,300)

Love had little experience as a starting quarterback heading into the season. To make matters worse, he was expected to fill the cleats of Aaron Rodgers, one of the best of all time. Yet, he has not only met expectations but exceeded them by a large margin.

The 24-year-old has thrown six touchdowns so far in 2023, and while his accuracy still needs work, he hasn't had any picks, which is as good as anyone could hope for. Although the Saints defense is the toughest challenge of Love's year, he's playing too well to look past in Week 3.

Also Consider: Patrick Mahomes ($9,200), Justin Herbert ($8,400)

FanDuel Running Backs - Week 3 DFS Lineup Picks

Tony Pollard - @ ARI ($9,400)

Everyone knew how good Pollard was after watching him serve as Ezekiel Elliott's backup in Dallas. However, despite coming off a significant leg injury, he has played better than expected. The 2019 fourth-round pick has been a huge part of the Cowboys' success this season, especially since he is involved on the ground and as a pass-catcher.

He also leads the league in Red Zone rushing attempts. Pollard is one of the costliest options on the slate, but the Cardinals defense should have a tough time slowing him down.

Jahmyr Gibbs – vs. ATL ($7,000)

Gibbs has only 14 carries two weeks into his professional career. But he's more than made up for it on the receiving end, amassing nine catches. While the 21-year-old hasn't been as productive as many had hoped, he's involved, and that's not likely to change anytime soon.

David Montgomery isn't expected to play on Sunday against the Lions, meaning Gibbs will be the top option out of the backfield, with Craig Reynolds also joining in on the fun.

Zack Moss - @ BAL ($ 6,400)

Jonathan Taylor's future in Indianapolis remains in question, so Moss could be the starting running back for the rest of the year. He missed Week 1 because of a forearm injury. However, the former Bill had an efficient showing in Week 2 versus the Texans, totaling 88 yards and a touchdown off 18 carries.

He also averaged 4.9 YPC and added four catches. Moss should continue to get his touches, making him an ideal DFS option despite the matchup against a Ravens defense that hasn't allowed a rushing touchdown this season.

Tony Jones Jr. - @ GB ($4,500)

Alvin Kamara will serve the last of his three-game suspension, and Jamaal Williams tweaked his hamstring Monday night against Carolina. As a result, there is a value opportunity here, with Jones, who scored twice in Week 2, on tap to continue to benefit. Although Kendre Miller is anticipated to debut, Jones should remain the guy if Williams can't go on Sunday.

Also Consider: Bijan Robinson ($9,000), Travis Etienne Jr. ($8,000)

FanDuel Wide Receivers - Week 3 DFS Lineup Picks

Justin Jefferson - vs. LAC ($9,700)

If you're rolling with Kirk Cousins in Week 3, adding Jefferson is a no-brainer. The former LSU Tiger is on a roll; he leads the league in receiving yards (309) and ranks second in catches (20).

Fortunately, there are more than enough value opportunities in Week 3, so getting Jefferson into a lineup shouldn't be too difficult. Don't forget about Jordan Addison, who has had a touchdown grab in each of his first two games as a professional.

Calvin Ridley - vs. HOU ($7,500)

Ridley began the season by catching eight of his 11 targets for 101 yards and a touchdown against the Colts in Week 1. However, he didn't keep the momentum going, as he brought in only two of his eight looks for 32 yards versus the Chiefs. In Week 3, the Jags will host the Texans, a team that has allowed 56 points in the first two weeks in 2022-23.

But Houston will (likely) be without cornerbacks Derek Stingley Jr. (hamstring) and Tavierre Thomas (hand), which won't help things defensively. At the same time, Denzel Perryman and Jalen Pitre, to name a few, might not play.

Also Consider: Keenan Allen ($8,800), Mike Williams ($7,200)

FanDuel Tight Ends - Week 3 DFS Lineup Picks

Mark Andrews - vs. IND ($7,400)

Andrews missed Week 1, which was a tough blow to fantasy managers. But he returned for the AFC North clash against the Bengals and finished with five catches (eight targets) for 45 yards. Even better, he found the end zone.

Although Lamar Jackson has to continue to get used to life with a new offensive coordinator and fresh receiving options, Andrews should continue to provide security for the former MVP, making it more than probable they'll continue to connect versus the Colts.

Sam LaPorta - vs. ATL ($5,200)

LaPorta is two games into his NFL career but has emerged as a sought-after fantasy asset. He hasn't scored a touchdown. Still, he's been targeted 11 times in the first two weeks, catching 10.

Considering his involvement, LaPorta should find the end zone at some point, and his $5,200 rostering cost is a bargain when factoring in his upside.

Also Consider: Travis Kelce ($8,000), T.J. Hockenson ($7,500)
