FanDuel MLB DFS Lineup Picks (6/26/19): Daily Fantasy Baseball Advice

Yordan Alvarez - Fantasy Baseball Rankings, Draft Sleepers, MLB Injury News

Nate Duffett highlights the top FanDuel MLB DFS lineup picks for 6/26/19, and a couple of sleepers to consider while building daily rosters.

There are 15 games on the schedule today, but I will be focusing my research on the nine-game main slate.

In this article, I will be providing you with my daily fantasy baseball lineup picks for FanDuel on 6/26/2019. The picks will range from some of the elite players to mid-priced options and value plays.

We also provide DFS lineup picks for DraftKings and other sports. If you have any questions or comments, feel free to contact me on Twitter @Roto_Nate.

FanDuel DFS Pitchers

Patrick Corbin: WAS at MIA ($9,800)

The Marlins are one of the worst teams in the league against left-handed pitching, recording a .274 team wOBA so far this season. Corbin has shown success against the Marlins already, throwing his best outing of the season at the end of May. He threw a complete-game shutout with five strikeouts in a 5-0 win.

Daniel Mengden: OAK at STL ($6,200)

If you're looking to load up your lineup with some high-priced bats, Mengden could be the best option in the low-priced pitcher tier. Mengden was sent back to triple-A after a rough start to the season but will need to regain his form from last season if he wants to take the spot of Frankie Montas for the duration of his 80-game suspension. He will have a good opportunity against the Cardinals, who have been the worst hitting team in the majors over the last 30 days. They have only managed a .286 wOBA and .225/.290/.377 slash line.

FanDuel DFS Infielders

Jesus Aguilar: C-1B, MIL vs SEA ($2,400)

Wade LeBlanc has been struggling mightily this season against right-handed hitting, allowing eight of his ten home runs and a 1.530 WHIP. Aguilar's struggles this season are significant, and his playing time lately has been a reflection of that, but he could turn that around against Leblanc. Last season, Aguilar had a .384 wOBA and .271 ISO against left-handed pitching, so if he can get in the lineup, he does have a history of hitting these pitchers well.

Brandon Lowe: 2B, TB at MIN ($3,300)

We should be able to get Lowe at low-ownership in this matchup, as people will avoid targeting Jake Odorizzi based on name-recognition. However, Odorizzi has allowed four earned runs in each of his last two starts and has struggled substantially more against left-handed hitting. He has allowed a 2.74 ERA and 1.652 WHIP against lefties, while Lowe has boasted a .290/.358/.565 slash line and .400 wOBA against right-handed pitching.

Tommy La Stella: 3B, LAA vs CIN ($3,000)

Tanner Roark is in fine form this season, but if you can find one chink in his armour, it would be his performance against left-handed hitting. He has a 5.21 FIP but has only allowed four home runs total this season, so sluggers aren't the way to go against Roark. La Stella is the best bet to have a good game against Roark, as he has shown some power but is at the top of the order for his base-hit ability, with a .313/.370/.538 slash line and .396 wOBA against right-handed pitching.

Alex Bregman: SS, HOU vs PIT ($4,000)

In his debut, Dario Agrazal had a rough outing allowing six hits and two earned runs in four innings. The fact is, this first start was against the lowly Marlins, and today he will face the complete opposite in the Astros who should hit him around Minute Maid Park. Bregman will be his toughest test, coming in with a .405 wOBA and 14 home runs against right-handed pitching.

FanDuel DFS Outfielders

Jeff McNeil: OF, NYM at PHI ($3,200)

McNeil is on a roll as of late on a hot-hitting Mets team, recording six multi-hit games in his last eight. Nick Pivetta has allowed ten earned runs and five home runs over his last 12 innings after a solid return to the major leagues. McNeil has a .383 wOBA and all five of his home runs against right-handed pitching, and I would expect him to be a major part of a high-scoring Mets stack tonight.

Yordan Alvarez: OF, HOU vs PIT ($4,300)

The kid has been red-hot since his debut in the Majors, hitting seven home runs in his first 13 games. Chances are, he won't keep up this pace much longer, but I can't see it stopping today. The Astros will be a very expensive stacking option on tonight's slate, but if you couple Alvarez with Bregman you should be able to cover most of the power potential against Dario Agrazal while mixing in some of the cheaper options elsewhere.
