The top daily fantasy baseball lineup picks for DraftKings on July 24th, 2018. Tom Vecchio's MLB DFS analysis and sleepers for building optimal DFS rosters.

We have a monster 14-game slate to break down today, and there are some great options across the board. There are a few high-priced pitchers on the slate you should be looking to pay up for, along with plenty of bats you want to jam into your lineups.

In this article, I will be providing you with my daily fantasy baseball lineup picks for DraftKings on 7/24/18. The lineup picks will range from some of the elite players to mid-priced options and value plays.

You can also read more DFS advice and lineup picks for sites like FanDuel, and other sports too. If you have any questions or comments, feel free to hit me up on Twitter @DFS_Tom.

DraftKings DFS Starting Pitchers

James Paxton – P, SEA vs SFG (DK - $10,200)

Paxton will be making his first start off the 10-day DL but has a bit of a softer matchup at home to get things going in the right direction. He is up against the Giants, who come in with a team wOBA sitting at .299 vs left-handed pitchers this season, along with a very non-threatening team ISO of .141. Prior to being injured Paxton put up nine or more strikeouts in four of his last five starts. Great pitcher’s park should help him limit the damage against a weaker offensive team.

Masahiro Tanaka – P, NYY @ TB (DK - $8,600)

Tanaka has looked good in his two starts after the DL, putting up five strikeouts in each game, while only allowing five total earned runs. Today he is up against the Rays, who come in with a 22.5% strikeout rate vs right-handed pitchers, along with a team ISO of .137. This is a solid positive park shift for Tanaka being in Tampa and should make a viable SP2 option on DraftKings tonight.

DraftKings DFS Infielders

Anthony Rizzo – 1B, CHC vs ARI (DK - $4,500)

Rizzo comes into this game with a .353 wOBA and a .190 ISO vs right-handed pitchers this season, which should give him some nice home run upside today. He is up against Clay Buchholz, who is giving up a 38% fly ball rate to lefties, which is very dangerous vs a power hitting Rizzo.

Scooter Gennett – 2B, CIN vs STL (DK - $4,900)

Gennett had the day off yesterday, so we should be set to see him return to action today. He is facing off against Austin Gomber, who, in his very limited time in the major leagues, has given up a .457 wOBA to lefties. Gennett has a .354 wOBA and a .192 ISO vs LHP this season.

Anthony Rendon – 3B, WAS @ MIL (DK - $4,600)

Rendon comes into this game with a .217 ISO vs right-handed pitchers this season, which should put him in a good spot to hit one out tonight. He is facing off against Junior Guerra, who is giving up 1.01 HR/9 to righties at home this season. It’s a great hitter’s park, making the Nationals a great stacking option tonight.

Paul DeJong – SS, STL @ CIN (DK - $4,000)

DeJong is up against Homer Bailey today, who is a perennial gas can and making his first start off the DL. DeJong gets a very nice positive park shift and will be at the Great American Ballpark today, which is always a boost to his upside. He comes in with a very respectable .344 wOBA and a .175 ISO vs RHP this season.

DraftKings DFS Outfielders

Mark Canha – OF, OAK @ TEX (DK - $3,800)

Canha isn’t that expensive today and will be getting a pretty significant positive park shift tonight being in Texas. He is facing off against Mike Minor, who is giving up a .346 wOBA and 1.57 HR/9 to right-handed hitters this season. With his price and upside, he can slot into any type of lineup.

Christian Yelich – OF, MIL vs WAS (DK - $5,300)

Yelich is one of the most expensive outfielders on the slate and is in a great spot to go deep tonight. He comes in with a .367 wOBA and a .192 ISO vs right-handed pitchers, which will line up nicely vs Jeremy Hellickson, who is giving up a 1.31 HR/9 to lefties this season. Great addition to a lefty stack from the Brewers tonight.
