ANALYSIS: Davis Mills has disappointed fantasy managers after a solid rookie year, throwing for 11 touchdowns and nine interceptions during a rocky sophomore season. His inconsistency as an NFL quarterback has translated into inconsistency as a fantasy asset as well.
That being said, Mills has put together consecutive weeks with double-digit fantasy scoring. Given the high volume of bye weeks, that’s a solid streaming upside.
If you need a one-week filler, then Week 11 is the time to target him on waivers. Houston has a matchup against a porous Commanders secondary on deck.
