ANALYSIS: After a promising Week 1 debut, Los Angeles Rams tight end Colby Parkinson put up a dud in the Rams blowout loss to the Cardinals, being targeted only twice and catching just one pass for 12 yards. Parkinson was the sixth most targeted player on the team, making the TE fantasy irrelevant.

Parkinson did basically nothing, even with fellow tight end Tyler Higbee, who is still out with injury. This doesn't bode well for Parkinson's future production with the team, and it seems like the Rams will concentrate their passing work on the group of receivers they have.
Higbee could have a decent role when he returns, so whatever promise Parkinson had is essentially dead in the water. There isn't much reason to roster him. He could have a nice game here and there, but that's a best-case scenario, and there probably won't be any consistency with it.
