ANALYSIS: The Kansas City Chiefs backfield opened up when starting running back Isiah Pacheco went down with a lower leg injury. However, CEH started the season on injured reserve and missed the team's first four games while having yet to see any action in 2024.

Veteran Kareem Hunt was signed as a free agent, and he's stepped in admirably as the team's primary running back behind Samaje Perine and Carson Steele over the last month.
A former first-round pick of the Chiefs dating back to the 2020 NFL Draft, CEH's career has largely been a disappointment. Still, the team brought him back for a fifth season.

Unless there's an injury to Hunt or Pacheco is unable to return in 2024, CEH doesn't have any value in fantasy at this point. He's a free agent name to watch but isn't worth rostering in any fantasy formats at this point in time.
