ANALYSIS: Las Vegas Raiders running back Alexander Mattison is the RB23 for the year, averaging 10.4 half-point PPR fantasy points per game. However, he has been a touchdown or bust type running back, scoring 11.8 fantasy points per game when finding the end zone. By comparison, the veteran has averaged 7.6 fantasy points per game when not scoring a touchdown.

However, he has averaged only 2.5 yards per rushing attempt over the past two weeks, averaging 12.1 fantasy points per game. The veteran had a rushing touchdown in Week 6, scoring a season-high 15 fantasy points against the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Fantasy players in 12-team leagues should add Mattison off the waiver wire. White might need another week or two before returning to the lineup. More importantly, he was awful before getting hurt. Mattison lacks significant upside but can be a low-end RB2 or flex option for fantasy players.
