Vancouver Canucks left-winger Tanner Pearson helped extend the Canucks streak to seven games with a goal early in the third period on Wednesday. His fifth tally of the season tied the game at one versus the Anaheim Ducks. What may have been more impressive was the fact that Pearson fired seven shots on John Gibson in just over 16 minutes of ice time. The forward is starting to show some of the form he had during his first full season in Vancouver when he had 21 goals and 45 points in 69 games. His shot and chances are coming close to that level. He is still shooting just under 6% on the season, though, which is well below his 11.1% career average.--Chris Wassel - RotoBaller
