Chester Rogers Sitting To Start The Week
Chester Rogers (groin) did not take part in practice on Wednesday after getting injured in the Monday night win over the Buffalo Bills. Kicker Randy Bullock (shoulder) and backup running back Jeremy McNichols (ankle) also sat out of practice Wednesday. Rogers caught his only target for seven yards in Week 6, the second week in a row he's caught just one pass. The 27-year-old hasn't really taken advantage of a hamstring injury that has kept Julio Jones sidelined for two games, and Rogers could be in danger of missing Week 7 against the Kansas City Chiefs himself. If both Jones and Rogers are out this weekend, Nick Westbrook-Ikhine would be the No. 2 behind A.J. Brown in a great matchup.
