Buffalo Bills tight end Dawson Knox (hand) underwent successful surgery to repair a broken bone in his hand. According to Mike Garafolo of the NFL Network, Knox will be out "a few weeks." He suffered a broken bone in his hand during Monday's 34-31 loss to the Tennessee Titans. The Bills have a bye in Week 7, but Buffalo didn't offer a specific timeline when Knox will return. The 24-year-old is having a terrific 2021 campaign, hauling in 21-of-27 targets for 286 yards and five touchdowns over six games. Knox averages 9.8 air yards per target, sixth among all tight ends this season. Tommy Sweeney would be the Bills' primary tight end if Knox were to miss any games.
