Alexander Johnson Done For The Year
3 years agoDenver Broncos inside linebacker Alexander Johnson (pectoral) suffered a torn pectoral muscle in the Week 6 loss to the Las Vegas Raiders and will miss the rest of the year, according to sources. Johnson is the second inside linebacker the Broncos have lost for the season to a torn pectoral, with Josey Jewell also going down this year. Just like Jewell, Johnson is expected to under surgery. Linebacker Baron Browning (concussion) has already been ruled out for Thursday's game against the Cleveland Browns, so the interior of their defense is definitely hurting. The good news is that Cleveland could be without both of their top running backs in Nick Chubb (calf) and Kareem Hunt (calf).
