Houston Texans standout safety Justin Reid (knee) is expected to miss the Thursday night game against the Carolina Panthers due to a sprained knee that has kept him out of practice the last two days, according to league sources not authorized to speak publicly. Lonnie Johnson is expected to replace Reid in the starting lineup, in tandem with Eric Murray. Linebacker Kamu Grugier-Hill (knee) is also expected to be out Thursday. Reid is off to a fast start in 2021 with two interceptions and a forced fumble in two games, so his absence will be notable against a 2-0 Panthers team. Already a defense to avoid in fantasy, the Texans defense/special teams is well off the radar on the short week without their standout safety.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBallerRead More News
