ANALYSIS: In this the 2021 year of our lord, Cole Beasley is still, somehow, rostered in less than half of Yahoo fantasy football leagues. Some things one will never understand... Beasley has been flying under the radar for years now, but he has never stopped producing fantasy goodies on a yearly/weekly basis. It's as simple as that. Just last season this man averaged 14 FPPG in PPR leagues while getting 7+ targets in nine of his 16 games played. Where can you find that volume of opportunity and weekly points? Bargain of a player, this Cole.
Beasley, obviously, had to score exactly 14 PPR points on Sunday to align his game with his 2020 average. He's just that good. Beasley finished W1 with 13 (!) targets, 8 receptions, and 60 receiving yards in his 77-snap day. He only trailed go-to receiver Stefon Diggs by 1/1/1 reception/target/snap and these two along with Emmanuel Sanders definitely grabbed most of the offensive reps with no other pass-catcher getting playing more than 56% of the snaps (TE Dawson Knox).
Again, don't hesitate and go get Beasley before it's too late. I'm totally serious. Beasley is a draftable player in most fantasy leagues, let alone PPR-format ones. Yet he's still sitting in the WW of more than half of those leagues. That makes little sense, even more, if you consider he has a top-tier QB passing him the ball. I hope this is the last time I write about Cole Beasley as a WW target, as long as you do your homework and act properly by freeing a roster spot making room for Cole-B to take it...
