3 years agoMinnesota Twins starting pitcher Lewis Thorpe (shoulder) was placed on the 10-day injured list on Thursday with a left shoulder impingement, the team announced in a press release. Thorpe had been recalled to the team prior to Wednesday's game and got the start against Cleveland, but exited in the second inning after experiencing pain in his shoulder. He's made three starts and one relief appearance with the Twins this season, going 0-2 with a 4.70 ERA, 1.370 WHIP and six strikeouts over 15 1/3 innings of work. He should not be rostered in any redraft formats.--Michael
