Buffalo Sabres forward Jeff Skinner agreed to waive his no-movement clause to make himself available for the expansion draft, according to his agent Don Meehan. Skinner still has six years at $6 million per year on his contract with Buffalo. With Skinner looking to move on from the Sabres, the team can now protect eight forwards from Seattle. The 29-year-old's tenure went well for one year in Buffalo, as he produced 63 points in 82 regular season games in the 2018-19 season.
