Baltimore Orioles starting pitcher DL Hall (elbow) will begin a throwing program in two weeks. The 22-year-old southpaw has been out for a few weeks now because of elbow soreness. Fortunately, an MRI showed no structural damage, which is positive news for the dynasty managers expecting big things from him moving ahead.
