DL Hall To Begin Throwing Soon

Baltimore Orioles starting pitcher DL Hall (elbow) will begin a throwing program in two weeks. The 22-year-old southpaw has been out for a few weeks now because of elbow soreness. Fortunately, an MRI showed no structural damage, which is positive news for the dynasty managers expecting big things from him moving ahead. Hall is one of the O's top prospects and was having an adequate season in Double-A before going on the injured list, sporting a 2-0 record and a 3.13 ERA, with 56 strikeouts, throughout seven starts.
