John Means Makes Rehab Start On Sunday

Baltimore Orioles starting pitcher John Means (shoulder) made a rehab start on Independence Day for High-A Aberdeen, allowing a hit, which was a home run, and striking out two batters throughout two innings. The lefty has been out for nearly a month while working his way back from a shoulder strain, so his appearance for the IronBirds on Sunday was undoubtedly a welcome sight. Means had racked up a 2.28 ERA before succumbing to the ailment. Fantasy managers need to hang on just a bit longer before seeing him back on the hill, which is likely to come very soon after the All-Star break.
