Phillip Danault Gets Diagnosed With Concussion
Montreal Canadiens center Phillip Danault (concussion) didn't make the trip to Toronto to face the Maple Leafs on Saturday, and he'll be out of action indefinitely. The 28-year-old was first listed day-to-day after exiting Thursday's 5-2 loss against the Leafs, but with him now diagnosed with a concussion it's impossible to predict his return to the lineup. Danault has recorded a 24-point year with the Canadiens this season, posting five goals and 19 assists with a plus-nine rating. Jesperi Kotkaniemi will take over his duties as the first-line center on Saturday.
