Tyreek Hill Held Out With Illness

Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver Tyreek Hill (illness) was held out of practice on Wednesday with a non-COVID-19-related illness. It's good news that Hill doesn't have coronavirus, but he's not out of the woods as far as being available to play in Week 14 against the Dolphins. Rookie running back Clyde Edwards-Helaire dealt with an injury last week, was active on Sunday night against the Broncos, but didn't play at all. The 26-year-old wideout is the highest-scoring fantasy wideout through 13 weeks and will be a must-start if he's active against Miami, but keep a close eye on his practice status for the rest of the week. If Hill cannot practice at all this week, fantasy managers might need to start panicking in the first round of the fantasy playoffs. Sammy Watkins, Demarcus Robinson and Mecole Hardman would all become a little more attractive as flex plays if Hill is too sick to play.
