The Jacksonville Jaguars fired general manager Dave Caldwell on Sunday night after their Week 12 loss to the Browns to drop the team to 1-10 on the season. Caldwell is out after eight seasons with the Jaguars. Trent Baalke will serve as the interim GM for the rest of the 2020 season. Owner Shad Khan informed head coach Doug Marrone and his coaching staff that they are secure for the rest of the season. Jacksonville reached its peak under Caldwell in 2017 when the defense sent six defenders to the Pro Bowl, led by All-Pros Jalen Ramsey and Calais Campbell, and came within one half of a Super Bowl appearance. They went from 10-6 with an AFC Championship appearance in 2017 to 5-11 in 2018.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBallerRead More News
