Philadelphia 76ers guard Ben Simmons (back) has not suffered any setbacks and is ready to play, according to Jackie MacMillan. Simmons was dealing with a lower back impingement, but it appears to be much better now. The Sixers might have lost him for the rest of the regular season if there wasn't a hiatus.
