An anonymous NFL personnel executive said that Clemson linebacker Isaiah Simmons is "the most overrated player in the draft." Simmons is the most versatile defender in this year's draft, as he's played linebacker, safety and nickel cornerback in college. Most NFL executives think he'll be a weak-side linebacker at the next level, but teams are split on where he'll ultimately end up, and pigeonholing him at one position might hurt his production in the long run. "If you put this guy at SAM linebacker only, he’s going to struggle," said an AFC executive. "If you put him at free safety only, he’s going to struggle. You’ve got to be creative." Regardless of the uncertainty on his position and long-term upside, Simmons figures to be a first-round pick on Thursday night.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBallerRead More News
