New York Jets wide receivers Robby Anderson (illness) and Demaryius Thomas (ankle, knee) are not practicing on Thursday. Thomas also missed practice on Wednesday, so he's not in a good spot to return in Week 16 against the Steelers. Vyncint Smith filled in for DT last week as the third wideout, but he's not a realistic fantasy play in this tough matchup. Anderson should be fine to play this Sunday as long as he returns to practice on Friday. The 26-year-old has mostly been a disappointment in 2019 in his second year with Sam Darnold at quarterback, although two of his three 100-yard games have come in the last three weeks. He'll be a low-upside WR4/flex against a tough Pittsburgh secondary.--Keith Hernandez
