Philadelphia Eagles rookie running back Miles Sanders is expected to get most of the work in the backfield in Week 11 against the Patriots over recently signed running back Jay Ajayi with Jordan Howard (shoulder) out. Sanders leads all rookie running backs in receiving yards, so he'll surely be in play as an RB3 in PPR setups this weekend against a Patriots team that has been exposed by running backs their last two games. Ajayi could see goal-line work behind Sanders, but Boston Scott could also be involved.
