Seattle Seahawks running back Rashaad Penny has been decent when he is on the field the last five weeks. He rushed 14 times for 73 yards in two games. With Chris Carson running as well as he has the last five weeks, Penny has a hard time slotting in. The matchup against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers isn't a good one, either.
