Dallas Stars forward Joe Pavelski potted the game-winning goal as his team defeated the visiting Ottawa Senators 2-1 on Monday. Pavelski's marker came on the man advantage in the second period and he also registered a pair of shots in 19:30 of ice time in the contest. It hasn't been a smooth transition for the 14-year NHL veteran as he's only managed to post three points (two goals, one assist) in his first 11 games in Dallas. However, it's not uncommon for a highly skilled player like Pavelski to take time to adjust to a new city and system of a play after exclusively wearing a Sharks sweater for the past 13 seasons. Currently saddling up on center Tyler Seguin's wing, the 35-year-old will look to build some momentum in his next game versus the Anaheim Ducks on Thursday.--Chase Davis - RotoBaller
